With the removal of pam_group in 76a102b63e6e2cada2c29c24ad992a73d1aa284d, users are not assigned the group of wireshark which gives the required permissions to run /usr/bin/dumpcap, so domain users can no longer use Wireshark.
Solution is to either re-enable pam_group or change the permissions on dumpcap to allow anybody to run it.
