Handle >2 rewards
Update the reward type parsing to the new standard
Mail colelctables is the same as rewards now, so I merged them into just Rewards
Added all event/daily task types
Merged event&daily tasks now, that I know they are the same
Also added the command to buy gold player frame

fixes #76 #48
