PPP Frequent failures when sending text messages #100

I upgraded to 0.6.3 along with moving to the 01.003.01.003 ADSP version. Now I find it often fails to send text messages (red x in messaging app). It seems that these failures often happen when returning from suspend. This was much more reliable before the change. What should I look for in order to diagnose this issue?

It seems to be fixed after downgrading baseband firmware.
