add avoid_reset_quirk doc for megi kernels #146

Document the avoid_reset_quirk param that could be useful on Megi's kernel.

Avoid the modem disappearing on my test and help not loose texts on suspend/resume.

Thank you @gled-rs, maybe this should be also added to eg25-manager's udev rules too?

I am still testing and it’s very kernel specific. No need on Mobian but I do need it on Arch for example or I will have missed sms and double notifications sometimes.

so I don’t know if it should be global or not yet…
