Marcin's guide in ADSP-CARRIERS.md doesn't exist #197

At the bottom of docs/ADSP-CARRIERS.md, there is a note about configuring both an ipv4 and ipv6 address using Marcin's guide but the guide doesn't exist. The domain it was on, etherpad.gnome.org, was deprecated and taken down by Gnome: https://discourse.gnome.org/t/deprecation-of-etherpad-gnome-org/11976

Is there a backup of the guide somewhere or another location it moved to?
