aboot.bb needs 11.4.0/libgcc.a

When I performed these steps, I encountered an error: ./init.sh make build

So I made a local edit: yocto/meta-qcom/recipes-bootloader/aboot/aboot.bb

I need to find a better way for this or it will break on next release

    LIBGCC = "${STAGING_LIBDIR}/${TARGET_SYS}/**11.3.0**/libgcc.a"        

    changed 11.3.0 -> 11.4.0

Then the error went away.
