Hi, I've implemented the logic to not add the vimeo logo when the data-logo attribute is set to 0 - as was previously described in a TODO

I now see that the css was setup to hide the vimeo logo when data-logo is 0 - still, better to not include the markup at all

v2 is coming (major update) and this feature is included by default. I will release it soon, I just need some free time. 😄
