Funicular
High-speed maglev/vactrain (those accelerate much quicker than traditional high speed trains)
Rack railway (acceleration similar to normal railway, but top speed somewhere near 30km/h) - possibility to add partial rack sections might be considered
Commuter rocket

I am considering adding funiculars/rack railways! I will also consider adding a maglev/vac train option as well. What is a commuter rocket?

A commuter rocket is just an intercontinental rocket that takes commuting passengers. Once successful, Starship's intercontinental uses could be considered among examples of that.
