Gubser should not be hard-coded IC type, but rather an input file to test the code #6

Right now, on the main branch, Gubser is a special case scenario chosen by the input file. The proposal is to remove all explicit references of the code to it and add a initial condition file with the entropy density profile of the Gubser initial condition, along with suitable config card.

PR #10 Also introduced example input files and a converter for a Gubser test. Closing the issue.
