Build pipeline #2

There is no build pipeline and there needs to be.

This should be built in Github Actions and: On push to 'main':

The basics are there now, but some changes are needed:

  1. Should only trigger on tags
  2. should use the tag to update the release/app/package.json file with the tag
  3. The builds
