Restore Qual Performance for each event on Team Pages. #170

Last year's TOA site on the team pages listed both Awards and Qual performance for the team at each event (e.g., "Qual Rank #3 with a record of 3-2"). On the current site, the awards are listed but the Qual performance is gone. Can get added back again? It's very helpful when seeing what a team did last year to go to their team page and quickly see their event performance.

This has been added in the lated API and web update. You can access this through the api by doing https://theorangealliance.org/api/team/:team_key/wlt
