Allow non-official match data

Right now TOA's partnership with FIRST disallows them to post any match data that wasn't submitted directly to FIRST. This results in pages like https://theorangealliance.org/teams/10298 that have basically no data for all the years the team has existed. Having most data missing defeats the whole purpose of TOA in the first place. TOA really needs to consider either:

• Re-negotiating with FIRST to allow posting of this match data. (maybe just put something like "This data was not pulled directly from FIRST and therefore the accuracy of said data is not guaranteed by FIRST.")
• Not being affiliated with FIRST.

Either way, something needs to change if TOA wants to be relevant/useful. It deeply saddens me to see so much effort go into this project but have it be in vain thus far do to sooooo much missing data.

Hi @qwertychouskie as of right now anyone can submit League, Scrimmages and Off-seasons to us at data@theorangealliance.org and these events will be posted. However events that are from League Tournaments, Qualifiers, Super Qualifiers and Region/State Championship must be submitted to FIRST where TOA is able to pick this data up. If you are not seeing Data on TOA from Velocity Vortex until now, feel free to contact us at either data@theorangealliance.org or contact@theorangealliance.org and will try to work with you and FIRST to try and get this data up. At our next meeting with FIRST I plan on presenting a Data Recovery Plan for events that are Pre Velocity Vortex. I am sorry for any inconvenience and if you will submit a list of these events that are not showing up. Please separate out League Meets, Scrimmages and Off Season, as those events can be sent to us via the method described above.
