Error in team (team list?) in DET-CMP #296

Detroit Edison division shows team #365 as unnamed from Springfield VA (and their team page lists them as from the GW Community School). Team #365 is (and always has been, I think) team MOE from Delaware. Their team page correctly shows them competing in the DE Championship, etc. So it looks like somehow this team's name, city, state, etc. are in error. I suspect there may be other similar types of errors in team info. ???

BTW, the firstinspires.org team search correctly shows them as team MOE from Delaware, so it looks like something got messed up somehow on the TOA team info side.

As another data point, team 965 is from Springfield, VA from the GW Community school. It looks like the data from 365 and 965 got comingled somehow?

Yet another data point: All of the team names for 3 digit teams are missing. Maybe an issue with pulling info for 3 digit teams? (252, 310, 365, 701) I see this is also an issue for the 3 digit CMP-HOU teams.

This is fixed now. Something to do with how we interpreted FIRST's data a few months ago. I just wrote and ran our retriever software to update all the teams. We now are up-to-date with all of the data for Teams from TIMS.
