Describe the bug In-person events have semifinals and finals matches that are not being reported

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://theorangealliance.org/events/2021-RUS-RFSPL/matches
2. Compare with the playoff results on FIRST's site: https://ftc-events.firstinspires.org/2020/RUSTLT1/playoffs

Expected behavior Both qualification and playoff matches should be reported
