the team list in the first match of some tournaments are incorrect #391

Describe the bug The teams for the first match of https://theorangealliance.org/events/2021-RUS-RFSPL/matches is incorrect. There may be other tournaments that are affected.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://theorangealliance.org/events/2021-RUS-RFSPL/matches
  2. Compare to the results on FIRST site at https://ftc-events.firstinspires.org/2020/RUSTLT1/qualifications
  3. The results are also wrong as reported by TOA's API

Expected behavior The teams for each match should be the same as what's reported by FIRST. In this case, it looks like TOA's bug since the team list for match 1 is exactly the same as the team list for match 2
