[Bug] Spotlight link underline is too long #344

Description: When a tech spotlight link is in its hover state, the underline continues all the way to the right edge of the sidebar (see screenshot)

To Reproduce:

  1. Visit https://theprogrammershangout.com/archives or any spotlight page
  2. Hover over a "what is" link in the sidebar

Expected Behavior: For the underline to only extend as far as the text, which seems to be the case for all other links
