[Bug] Mobile page header follows like a plague #429

Not sure if it was with purpose that the page header follow when scrolling down a page on Mobile, however I don't know how to about it, except to say that I don't like it.

What can be done?

Fix page header to only follow until the last pixel of the header itself for screens less than 768px.
not having the header follow at all.
