chore: use node modules for yarn #449

@SagnikPradhan you've put work on this a year ago but right now it's not working, and don't have the energy to investigate further, so reverting to node_modules.

If you want to do more yarn work, feel free to pick this up, but been running into this: https://github.com/yarnpkg/berry/issues/4872

@veksen Just realised we don't really have any reason to switch back to pnp mode honestly, this works fine 🤷🏻
