to get started, run make new-spider NAME=st-clair to create "inmates/scraper/spiders/st_clair.py". should be set to get coding on its .parse method. run make fixtures for some feedback.

Roster Website: https://www.co.st-clair.il.us/departments/sheriffs-department/corrections/inmate Gotchas? Enter 'Any Part of Name'. I tried wildcards (space, " ", ' ', *, _) but they seem to not work. You can however, put 'a' and everyone whose letter has an 'a' in it will show up.
