Addresses https://github.com/bcongdon/trtbot/issues/176, potentially can extend this to support arbitrary delimiters but i dont think we use any others

Yeah, I think I mentioned it in the chat, this will do sci\-hub -> “sci-hub” or we can enforce the spaces around the “-“. I’m not sure which is less painful for people. Might be the latter because of urls
