Replace black with ruff-format #40

For commits including auto formatting it might be helpful to exclude those changes from git blame, see https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/working-with-files/using-files/viewing-a-file#ignore-commits-in-the-blame-view but considering that there are so few changes between black and ruff formatting and the fact that there are other changes included in the commits, I would not consider this very important, I just wanted to make you aware of this possibility if you didn't know about it.
