Research - 3 For the research component of the UX part of the project: -we completed competitive analysis of six similar apps -we established our target market and created 4 personas -we identified our user's needs using an empathy map

Personality & Design - 3 We wanted a fun and playful look and feel for our app. We brainstormed a variety of names that matched this objective, before settling on Sleep Rover. We designed our mood board, using fun and bright colours and illustrative icons that create a friendly and accessible design that reflects our love of animals.

Tasks - 3 We followed the format of using Project KanBan boards in GitHub. We collectively established all of our goals for each sprint and established necessary milestones in order to meet our goals. At the end of each sprint, thus far, we have completed a review of each item and used our experiences to inform our next sprint's goals.

Logo Design - 3 For logo design, we began by mind mapping. We used these ideas to create our logo concepts. Each group member created ten logo concepts. We met to discuss our concepts and selected a final logo. We created a version of a logo, but once we tried to place it in our wireframes, we decided to rethink the logo shape so that it worked better with our wireframe.

Visual Design - 3 We worked as a group to establish our visual design. We began by creating a mood board, which included a colour palette and the fonts we decided to use. We then compiled a variety of different website elements, such as cards and navs, to serve as inspiration for the visual design of our web app.

Wireframes - 3 For our wireframes, we began by completing an empathy map. This helped us to identify our user's needs. We used the user needs to develop our task list and created task flows in InVision. We began our wireframes by creating quick pencil sketches. Once we decided on the visual design elements of the website, we moved to XD to create more detailed wireframes.

Team Performance - 3 The communication in our team has been excellent. We have worked collaboratively to establish our goals and set our tasks for each week. We decided as a group to set aggressive timelines, in order to begin programming a week early and we met our objective. We have all shared the workload throughout our first two sprints.
