[ ] Flesh out user-related navigation items to go below user details, above Forums list.
- MCP, ACP, Profile? Other Pages?
[ ] Consider ordering Forums by User-Favorited vs Regular order, or Most-Active/Unread
[ ] Add collapsable Forums, or reorganize with iconifiable forum topics.
