bpf_* functions multiply defined (pcap.h vs. net/bpf.h) #1

Hello, I'm using version 0.7.1 of libpcap under linux. If I try to include pcap.h in a c++-File I get errors because the bpf- functions are defined in pcap.h and net/bpf.h and net/bpf.h is included in pcap.h. Please remove the bpf_* functions from pcap.h. You have a comment XXX this guy lives .... before the functions.
