Further Condensation of Summary Paper

From the author info page, we can have between 2,400 and 6,250 words, including all main body, abstract, keyword, bibliography (12 references or less), and biography text. That's really not a lot.

• Future Work: 392 words
• Glossary, Skill Codes and Acronyms can probably go as well, depending on what we do with the Specialisations Section.
• That leaves shortening the Intro and the Contribution details sections
