Continue the ethics discussion #96

We need to continue the ethics discussion #79 . Lacking is the integrity part from the old issue. And We need to discuss where to place this. Currently it's in the intro. maybe to the competencies?

FYI: The NFDI e.V. just released their relatively short Code of Conduct (English version at the end of the document).
