We can be an official working group at the Fachgruppe RSE at GI.

Opinions? @knarrff , @jpthiele ?

We would need to draft a summary for the goal.

Since the original competencies are hopefully now a thing of the past, I'd go for the goal of the institutions paper:

Name: The teachingRSE project: Developing the perfect institutions for RSE education. Tagline: The aim of this working group is to develop and publish a set of guidelines for the best development of young and practising RSEs.
