Compare/Contrast Research Infrastructure Roles

Summary

At Nov 2022 bookdash, @Rainiefantasy and I are working on #2799, adding 'Data Wrangler' role to the Research Infrastructure Roles. On discussing with @EstherPlomp and @Arielle-Bennett, we realized that it would be great to have a page comparing and contrasting these roles.

For example, how would a project lead know if they need to employ a Data Steward, a Data Wrangler, a Community Manager, a Research Software Engineer - do they need one or all of these people? We also noted upon the fact that different countries and organisations use job titles differently - what can we do to harmonize? (the example discussed was Data Steward being different in the US and Europe)

What needs to be done?

[x] Get the Data Wrangler sub chapter merged! See page here.
[ ] Have a discussion with everyone interested, particularly those who have these jobs, and get a diverse group of people involved!
[ ] Work out which pages should be edited/added to address the above
[ ] Add/edit the new pages!

Sounds good to me!

Some thoughts while this is on my mind:

Do we want this to be closer to guidance around planning which roles you need or more focused on evaluating the differences/similarities between the roles? I think the latter makes more sense for us to write at the moment, but is harder to write from my POV
Will need to consider what aspects of the roles we want to evaluate as part of this piece of writing: skills, areas of responsibility, building an overall project team?
We should put a call out to the wider community when this chapter is in draft for review comments - I'm sure lots of people have opinions on this!

@Arielle-Bennett - these are some good starting thoughts and questions. I agree that evaluating similarities/differences may be an easier place to start. I will see if I can invite some of my wider Data Wrangler team to this collab cafe, who have had a longer experience with these roles.
