First off, first time modding a keyboard and using VIA a couple of days ago; the knob worked for volume on default, but now, it does not, and I receive this notification along with the two errors when trying to modify it by clicking on it. (It does not work at all)

I haven't changed the app version since. Version 2.1.0 (2.1.0)

@szfkamil, the error shown in the 2nd screenshot is pretty self-explanatory. To update the firmware for the board, I suggest you try to do so following the guide over at Keychron's website. If the firmware from there doesn't work for some reason, you can try using the firmware from the caniusevia.com site.

@adophoxia Before I do that, it says that it requires a factory reset—how can I save my current VIA settings? I suppose they would be gone after the reset?

@szfkamil, Flashing new firmware will do the same effect as well, so if you have a certain layout you want to keep, I suggest you save your layout from the Save and Load menu.
