Why not "ñ" key for spanish distributions? #179

I from Chile and use a corne keyboard but in spanish language use "ñ" key on "es" keyboard distribution ( https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archivo:KB_Spanish.svg ). Via app have chinese and specials symbols but why not "ñ"? Is the VIA, firmware or hardware problem?

I found how to set the "ñ" key using Any and KC_SCLN ( https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/blob/master/quantum/keymap_extras/keymap_spanish.h ), but the VIA app see :;, the app should detect the layout distribution (or a simple selector) and display the keys that correspond to each code.
