Keychron Q11 - Failed to open the device & Received invalid protocol version from device #183

I've have Q11 ANSI, and I can't use it through https://usevia.app.

Errors I've got

Failed to open the device. Device: Keychron Q11 Vid: 0x3434 Pid: 0x01E0

Received invalid protocol version from device Device: Keychron Q11 Vid: 0x3434 Pid: 0x01E0

and then it tries fetch this resource which yields 404

I've tried run local version even there it's stuck but no errors and don't see anything after refresh.

Care to help what can be issue? Thanks!

okay seems doing through desktop works for me (both ISO and ANSI)

Lesson learned - if someone is looking here, holding the left encoder while plugging and unplugging will clear EEPROM. flashing firmware did not move the things. even restart computer or cable
