Underglow Effect Speed is setting the speed to 0 #203

I am using Keychron K8 Pro bought few days a go. Once trying to set this option the light effect speed sets to 0 and never changes no matter what. I have to do Factory Reset to get the effect back.

As a side note, the shortcut that can be used to change the light effect speed is not Fn + +/- as they say here https://www.keychron.com/blogs/news/keychron-keyboards-shortcuts-introduction It is Fn + G/T.

Keychron FW issue. not VIA issue
