How to use with Keychron Q3 Pro Knob (ISO DE)? #214

Hi!

I came in contact with Via software for the first time after purchasing one unit of the above model. I was able to load the JSON model file provided by Keychron to see the correct keyboard (but with wrong layout):

As you can see in the picture, I tried to set volume keys but they are not functional. And the "key tester" page is showing a wrong full size keyboard: image

How to proceed from here? I am not sure, if this keyboard is compatible with the software. Is it a bug? Is the keyboard too new?

Are changes to the mapping supposed to take effect immediately?

Oh, everything is happening on layer 2, if not in MacOS mode. I did not know this. Sorry, closing.
