Keychron K10 Pro: LWIN, RWIN and fn are not working #218

hi guys and happy new year! i have a massive Problem with my Keychron K10 Pro Keyboard. The left and right Windows Keys are not working and also the "fn" Key does nothing.

What i already tried:

Updated Firmware
Checked in Windows if the keys are anywhere blocked (they are not)
Tried to set it to "LWIN" and "RWIN" in via app
Tried to set it to "K_APP" and "K_LGUI" and "K_RGUI" in via app
If i switch some other keys to this keys, they work as expected, so it's not an hardware issue
I changed it only on layer 2 - because that's windows, right? (0-1 mac, 2-3 windows)

Have you tried Keychron support? Any solution since your report?

I got a K10 Pro as well, but ~it refuses to be configured on Linux~ it was just missing root permissions. The keys you reported are working fine, though, at least before I am able to do any configuration. That said, the Key Tester screen does not recognize the function key when I tap it, although it works fine.

Hello, I can confirm the same behavior with my K10 Pro. Physical keys work, as I can bind other key to them and the work. But LWin + RWin will not work even on other physical keys. I was able to circumvent the problem by using LCmd + RCmd (Under Custom register) from the MacLayout, but it is not ideal in my opinion and should be fixed.

Please note that I tried this on Windows (11) and Linux (Fedora), same problem in both OS's, which suggest a problem with the binding (software on keyboard) itself.

I'm experiencing the same issue for Keychron K10. It doesn't work when I assign either LWIN nor RWIN keys.

What's interesting, I have declared a macro which utilise LWIN, and it's working/reacting. But I'm not able to use/have key combinations with WIN key, ie. WIN+D, as macro says "press and releasee", so just a single click.
