Fix advanced keycodes #97

Advanced keycodes were broken on the display of mod key combos like LCTL(KC_A) and especially crazy ones like HYPR(KC_A).

Refactored the "special" keycodes that define keycode ranges reserved for mod key combos, layer tap, etc. These now have underscore prefix so they can be filtered out of lookups of keycode bytes to string.
