Add texted-based Counterstrike #82

Created a simple text-based version of Counterstrike. Inspired by http://xkcd.com/91/

Welcome to the project and thank you for your contribution!

I will merge your contribution asap, but I first have to check the indentation in setup.py. It seems like you used tabs while the remainder of the file is indented with spaces.
