Tell latexmk to use the stylefile #225

Try running latexmk -c if you are getting an error message.

I am happy with the changes in this pull request as it addresses most of what is in issues #210 and #206. You can go ahead and merge it if it passes your review. And Happy Halloween 🎃

Sounds great. If you could please start prefixing the commit summary with something like "doc:", just so it is clear for the commit history the general area of change.

I got this error: Latexmk: Missing input file: 'fontaxes.sty' from following: '! LaTeX Error: File `fontaxes.sty' not found.'

Please clarify where this may be found.
