Can't Find Armour Files #1

The readme and textures.ini imply that you are done with the armour however I am not seeing any armour folders. Is this an error on my part or is the readme incorrect and the armour files not complete?

the armors are in the .ini for compatibility with other armor packs only I probably won't upscale them. Thanks for the feedback :)
