Add ServoBlocks to Doug's robot hips for to address shaking issues. #103

Assemble new chassis and thigh using the hip with ServoBlocks. After that, need to establish PWM home values for each joint and update the document https://github.com/theAgingApprentice/HexaFloorRide/blob/main/physicalDesign/otherDesignInfo/legRefenceNamesAndHomePositions.pdf with the new values.
