Remove twitter3e4tixl4xyajtrzo62zg5vztmjuricljdp2c5kshju4avyoid.onion, X(Twitter) dropped the maintenance work a while, and its HTTPS certificate has been expired for more than one year.

OK, Peter. I will merge this commit from the command line the next time I will update the add-on.
