App should

[ ] be able to open a new browser window containing the same selected verses
[ ] new window should not have any editing tools
[ ] be able to be full screen
[ ] receive communication via web sockets
[ ] use RxJS to manage wsServer and wsClient

Presentational window should

[ ] reflect app theme
[ ] no have any editing tools
