have CI/CD set up with GitHub Pipelines
have a test framework set up and utilized

I think Travis.ci looks pretty interesting... it's free for open source.

I am thinking that netlify also looks like a pretty good option.

I am pretty sold on Netlify with Fauna as a database. Both have really good pricing plans (mostly free) for open source. I will create an issue to set up Netlify
