Fix broken links in the manual

Some of the links in these files don't work. The link try to to get the page in the current folder subfolders. But the link reference to two folders up (../../). But I dont know how to tell sphinx that :-)

File: mp_setType.rst Links: VarGroup SyncTypes (mp_type) the manual.

File: mp_stayAlive.rst Links: Instance scope and rooms.

File: mp_tolerance.rst Links: Tolerance.

Most of the links and images won't work, because they were auto converted and the structure is different. There are propably more than you link here.
