Initial setup: "me.kozec.flatpak not installed" error when it is #17

I had already installed SyncThing GTK (me.kozec.syncthingtk) as a Flatpak, and upon Decky SyncThing startup I specified me.kozec.flatpak is already installed.

I got an error stating said package wasn't installed, and Decky SyncThing couldn't start it (when it's installed and already running)
I selected the first option SyncThing is installed as a service from pacman which worked.

note: I had registered syncthing as a service that starts on boot before installing Decky SyncThing.

I have the same issue but i found out here in the wiki that you need to quit Syncthing GTK by hitting "Stop Syncthing" and then hit "Quit" on the "Syncthing has been shut down" popup. Did you do it? I didn't try because i'm not sure it will keep the folders I already have in the flatpak. But if it solves the issue and keeps the folders i could do it

Stopping Syncthing will not remove any data.

sure yeah i didn't mean that. I thought that it had to be stopped maybe because then the decky plugin was going to reset it. But yeah i just did it and it's all fine! oh and for whoever will read this, set the port to 8081 otherwise it doesn't work. Now it works wonderfully!
