topo creation- temporarily disable snapping

A feature request: the ability to temporarily turn off snapping when drawing topos by holding down a key (Ctrl, Shift or Alt)

Sometimes, when routes are close together on a topo but actually separate, it is a pain to have points snap together. E.g. topo #3064 here: http://www.thecrag.com/climbing/australia/river-crags/area/11831701/topo#t257746392
