Remove beta from logo and rework into proper high res vector form #113

Rework logo and make a bunch of set layouts for various uses:

Square with word on right for website, letter head etc

Square with no words, favicon, iphone app icon, avatars in FB, Gravatar etc

Square with words under, portait for certain layouts

While you are doing this work we should also get a couple of versions of the logo suitable for printing on tshirts and magazine adds.

Ok so to be more specific, add additional versions of some of the layouts above but 1 colour or 2 colour versions and/or gray scale. A t-shirt logo like the sponsor list on the back of beulah will usually be just one colour. A magazine add etc would probably be full color and could be any of the layouts above but embedded in a larger design so there shouldn't be much to do on that front.
