More ByArea in Profile Page #2120

Add a "More" button add the end of the ByArea list and dynamically expand the list by ajax up to 20? (depending on query costs) areas.

This should be a ranking facet page similar to the climber rank one, and then just deep into te facet page fore more and tuning the filters etc

The long term aim is to turn everything into a facet or a graph of a facet. The profile page will then become drop point for displaying particular facets and streams. Everything will also be embeddable so it can be done externally.
