Doubled up 'you have been followed' emails #2511

There is possibly a couple reasons why this happened, either Bernii followed me, then perhaps unfollowed me, and then re-followed me OR there is just a bug in the email system and it got sent twice. @rouletout can you follow up with this?

Even if this was an accident I think we could deal with this a little better, ie have a grace period of say 1 minute. If you have unfollowed the person within that minute (ie the follow was an accident) then don't send the email.

Hi Brendan,

Berna clicked twice “follow” - she is pretty sure about that as she wasn’t sure the first time if she is following you…

Ok thanks - but it still be nice to implement the grace period. This would also prevent some quasi spam emails, like I could just click on the button and toggle it 50 times.
