CPR timelines visualisation

Some suggestions for possible improvement/minor issues for the CPR timelines:

• [ ] In the graph all tick types use the external colour of the candle for the dashed line and the fill-in colour for the dot, but 'pink point' which use the fill-in colour for both the dot and the dashed line.

• [x] Since the black CPR line is a solid line, the white border for the dashes might be removed.

• [ ] The order of the tick types in the legend at the top is not fix, but follows the decreasing number of ticks you have, as an example see the next screen shot where the order is Flash-Send-Onsight.

• [ ] If you don't register onsight ascent, the onsight green dot might show up anyway at the bottom left of the graph (I would remove onsight from boulder, but this is a personal opinion):

• [ ] It looks like if you don't have any red point ascent the tick type doesn't show in the graph.

I like it and I think is correct, just wandering why it is not the same for pink point and onsight. That would make this plot ok (see 6), solve 4, and partially 6.

• [ ] This last one might be the only kind of important. It looks like the order for the plotting is onsight, red point, pink point (or maybe the order they appear in the legend). This creates a scenario in which if the three tick types have the same grade (or as in my case you don't have any pink point) the dashed line is nevertheless the pink point one. I think that the reverse order should be used (e.g. if you look at the left of the graph that was my onsight level not pink point).

thanks @nclementel I'll work through each of these. One I have already done to make the cpr lines finer so they don't obscure as much, especially when they are close

Also, the added "undertitle" with Ascent link could be removed. It is confusing because next to and bigger font size than the graph title.
