Allow login using email instead of account cross over with social logins

What happened? From a support email. This is a pretty standard feature that many platforms allow. This ties into a couple other issues too

What you expected:

[ ] if you have an account, be able to provide either your email or your username in the login form

Extra bonus stuff

[ ] when signing up, ask for email first before username, where possible generate their username from the base of their email and if it's available then set that as the default. If not cycle through some numbers until we get a new one. This way a person can signup and start using thecrag and not really ever need to know their username at all
[ ] this same process should be essentially the same as the social logins process
